1.1. Service Bookings and Cancellations

  • Booking Confirmation: Upon booking a breathwork session or therapeutic service through our website, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be eligible for a full refund.

    • Cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

    • No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Rescheduling: Rescheduling appointments is subject to availability and must be done at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

  • Session Packages: For session packages, cancellations or refunds for unused sessions are generally not provided. However, we may consider exceptions in extenuating circumstances at our discretion.

1.2. Refund Process

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original method of payment within 2 business days.

  • We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed.

1.3. Service Disruption

  • In the event of service disruptions or cancellations on our part, we will offer either a full refund or the option to reschedule the appointment.

1.4. Exceptions

  • We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy in exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen events.
