1.1. Service Bookings and Cancellations
Booking Confirmation: Upon booking a breathwork session or therapeutic service through our website, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling appointments is subject to availability and must be done at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Session Packages: For session packages, cancellations or refunds for unused sessions are generally not provided. However, we may consider exceptions in extenuating circumstances at our discretion.
1.2. Refund Process
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original method of payment within 2 business days.
We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed.
1.3. Service Disruption
In the event of service disruptions or cancellations on our part, we will offer either a full refund or the option to reschedule the appointment.
1.4. Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy in exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen events.
