Session 1: Understanding Breathwork (45 Minutes)
- The science behind breathing exercises and how they impact your mind and body
- Introduction to breath awareness and how improper breathing patterns affect health
- Learning key breath techniques like diaphragmatic breathing, rhythmic breathing, and alternate nostril breathing (Pranayama)
- How deep breathing exercises help reduce stress, boost immunity, and promote deep relaxation
Session 2: Guided Breathwork Practice (45 Minutes)
- Hands-on practice of different breathing techniques
- Guided breath awareness and meditation session
- Deep relaxation techniques to release tension and improve mental clarity
- Closing with Q&A and personalized breathwork tips
